End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Loving at Your Best QuickBooks Integration Application (“Application”).

1. License Grant

 

Loving at Your Best grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use this Application solely for internal business purposes.

2. Internal Use Only

 

This Application is intended exclusively for internal use by Loving at Your Best. It is not offered as a public software product and is not available for commercial resale or third-party use.

3. QuickBooks Integration

 

The Application integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online for the purpose of accessing and analyzing the Company’s financial data. All financial data remains within Intuit’s systems and is subject to Intuit’s terms and policies.

4. No Warranty

 

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loving at Your Best shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this Application.

6. Termination

 

This license may be terminated at any time by discontinuing use of the Application.

7. Governing Law

 

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Loving at Your Best operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
